Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. If an appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Clients who miss their appointment without notice (no-show) will forfeit their deposit and may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. A valid card on file is required when booking appointments. If the card on file cannot be processed, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before booking another appointment. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy may apply. ⸻ Membership Clients Membership clients receive exclusive pricing and priority booking. To ensure fairness and appointment availability, the following policies apply: Members must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 2 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a reduced member late cancellation fee of $25. This fee must be paid before booking another appointment. Membership benefits apply to service pricing only and do not waive cancellation, late, or no-show policies. All membership payments are non-refundable and must remain active to maintain member pricing. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service GlorgeousSkinn Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
